We built the Ultimate Migration Tool after running enough client migrations to be tired of the same problem every time: the data needed to judge whether a migration actually worked is scattered across two Google Search Console properties, a spreadsheet of redirects, and a crawl export nobody looks at again after launch day. So we built the tool we wished we'd had over the tens of migrations we've carried out over the years.
